





Tamara Carrington is a Resident in Counseling with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families across educational and mental health settings. She earned her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2016. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and life challenges while building on their strengths.
She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach and integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and person-centered techniques to help clients develop practical tools for growth, healing, and resilience.
