





Sarah Sultan is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia with a strong foundation in providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. She holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a BS with minors in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology. Sarah has worked in outpatient therapy, crisis services, and intensive treatment programs. She is particularly interested in trauma-informed care and has broad clinical experience helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and cultivate inner growth.
Sarah integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices, tailoring care to each client’s needs and fostering a safe, collaborative space for healing.
