About Kalimah

Kalimah Perry is a Resident in Counseling who works with adults and children navigating grief, loss, and emotional overwhelm. She supports clients facing complex forms of grief, including the loss of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or the loss of hoped-for futures. Many of the individuals Kalimah works with feel emotionally stuck or exhausted and are seeking a compassionate space to process their experiences and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Kalimah’s approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. She provides a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their emotions, better understand their triggers, and build resilience over time. Therapy with Kalimah goes beyond symptom relief – she helps clients find meaning in their experiences and develop tools that support long-term emotional healing and growth.

Kalimah works with individuals, families, and couples across a range of life challenges. She draws from multiple therapeutic approaches and tailors therapy to each client’s evolving needs and goals. Together, clients and Kalimah identify patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and create space for hope – even in the most difficult moments.Kalimah believes grief does not have to be faced alone and welcomes the opportunity to support clients as they take meaningful steps toward healing.
