About Sabrina

Sabrina Hermsen is a Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a PHP setting. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2025 and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. Sabrina has a background in the medical field, where she served as a clinical trainer for multiple urgent care centers and was on the front lines during COVID.

She chose to transition to the mental health field after witnessing the pandemic’s impact on healthcare providers and first responders. Sabrina believes in a holistic approach to mental health, emphasizing the exploration of sensory needs and the ways in which development is shaped by environment.
