





Natalie Jones is a Mental Health Counselor who uses evidence-based approaches while keeping each person and their goals at the center of treatment. She utilizes CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in her work with adults ages 22–82 from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Through a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and affirming approach, she provides a safe space for clients to explore vulnerabilities, manage stress and difficult symptoms, and address past trauma. She believes healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and valued as a whole person.
