Kaylen Mawdsley is a Mental Health Counselor with experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan who are facing a range of challenges in outpatient and community-based settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College in 2024.

Kaylen uses a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. She understands that being vulnerable and seeking help can feel intimidating, but she also believes it reflects resilience and a willingness to grow.
