Jennifer Griffith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 35 years of experience across foster care programs, inpatient units, emergency services, outpatient clinics, private practice, and DYS and DCF residential treatment facilities. She earned her Master of Social Work from Boston College.

Jennifer has served as a Clinical Director for many years, providing direct care to individuals and families while leading and supervising clinical teams and managing administrative operations. She has worked with clients of all ages and with a wide range of concerns and diagnoses, with a particular affinity for children and adolescents.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has focused on fostering strong therapeutic connections and building resilience, tailoring her approach to each person’s unique needs.
