Katherine is a Licensed Social Worker and certified yoga teacher who takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, combining mindfulness, movement, and practical tools to support healing and growth.
She primarily draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build meaningful lives, manage distress, and strengthen emotion regulation. She also incorporates meditation and somatic practices to deepen mind-body awareness and healing.
Katherine is especially passionate about working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, life transitions, and serious mental illness. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping each client move toward a more empowered, values-aligned life.
