Kasandra Hill is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and women through life’s most challenging seasons. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family, in 2024. She has dedicated her career to walking alongside clients as they build resilience, confidence, and emotional strength.
Kasandra is passionate about trauma-informed care and has extensive training in working with children and women who have experienced adverse events, complex trauma, or system involvement, as well as other barriers common in underserved communities. She is especially committed to supporting young girls, mothers, and families navigating generational trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
Her approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Kasandra integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Reality Therapy to help clients reconnect with their values, strengthen personal responsibility, and develop practical tools for lasting change. She believes therapy isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about uncovering your strengths and stepping into the healthiest, most empowered version of yourself. Kasandra creates a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported, and she partners closely with families to nurture emotional development, improve communication, and build skills that extend far beyond the therapy room.
