







Grace Thompson is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with over 12 years of experience providing comprehensive psychiatric and primary care services across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. She earned dual Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Walden University, completing her AGPCNP certification in 2021 and her PMHNP-C certification in 2025, gaining advanced clinical training in psychiatric care, psychopharmacology, and gerontological medicine. Grace has a strong interest in trauma-informed mental health care and has built extensive experience supporting individuals navigating addiction recovery, acute psychiatric crises, and complex chronic conditions. Throughout her career — from forensic psychiatric hospitals and acute inpatient units to in-home wellness visits and virtual care platforms — she has remained deeply committed to meeting patients where they are and removing barriers to quality care.
