





Ashley Schlief is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience leading mental health programs, supervising clinical teams, and developing trauma-informed care strategies. She is a dual-licensed professional counselor in Arizona and Nevada and holds a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling with a specialization in Trauma, bringing both clinical expertise and administrative insight to her work.
Throughout her career, Ashley has directed large-scale outpatient and residential programs serving diverse populations, including youth, adults, and individuals with serious mental illness (SMI). She has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, overseen several state and federal grants—including SAMHSA- and TRC-funded initiatives—and led cross-functional teams to improve service quality, compliance, and client outcomes. Her leadership experience includes roles in a general mental health (GMH) outpatient clinic serving ages 6 and older, an SMI outpatient clinic, and a Level II residential program.
As a certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Ashley is passionate about integrating clinical best practices with strong organizational leadership. She enjoys mentoring emerging professionals, developing community partnerships, and using data-driven strategies to strengthen behavioral health systems. Ashley stays actively engaged in the field through memberships in the American Counseling Association (ACA), National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
