Crystal Soto is a Social Work Candidate with a heart for helping people navigate challenges and rediscover their strengths. For over a decade, she has worked alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use struggles. She believes healing isn’t just possible — it’s your right, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Crystal earned her Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University Pueblo and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Human Services. She is also working toward her Licensed Addiction Counselor certification and Clinical Social Work licensure, continuing to build her skills to offer the most supportive, effective care possible.
What matters most to Crystal is creating a space where her clients feel safe, seen, and supported. She believes in meeting you exactly where you are and walking with you as you reclaim your story and build a life you love. Crystal’s approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion and a holistic mindset because you’re more than just your challenges — you’re a whole person with endless potential.
Outside the therapy room, she stays busy as a proud mom of four, an active community volunteer, and a lover of wellness and personal growth. Crystal values authenticity, connection, and balance in everything she does and brings those values into her work with clients.
